Feeling Frustrated?

Do you ever listen to those people who always sound so happy - so chipper - like they never have a problem in the world? There is a part of me who just wants to give them the raspberries...you know just be juvenile and stick my tongue out. There is never anyone who can always have the perfect homeschooling life. There are stresses and pressures that no one can relieve at times. We have been created to be resilient creatures. We can handle a lot more than we realize, yet there is no reason for some of the stress that we put on ourselves.

When you are feeling that homeschooling is becoming more stress and negative than positive. STOP...and take a step back from it. Take a day or two off from schooling and just examine your life. Examine what you are doing in your homeschool. Try to determine if changing something would help remove the stress. Take a look at what you have on your "proverbial" plate. Is it all absolutely necessary? Or are there some things that really could be removed? Are your children one of your primary priorities? Rearrange and refocus - you might be surprised at how much stress just those few little steps can alleviate!
