Books for Homeschoolers?

One of the hardest parts of homeschooling is my kids feeling like the books they read are harder to relate to because they are about kids who go to a “real” school. My younger one loves the Junie B. Jones books and my older one loves the Percy Jackson series. They just wish that they could read about homeschoolers every now and then.
Surprisingly, I was introduced to a fabulous website called Homeschool Literature. It’s a site where children, and their parents, can find books about homeschoolers. It’s also a great place to find books by homeschoolers. My oldest son really enjoyed the Eragon trilogy by Christopher Paolini. When discovered that Mr. Paolini was a homeschooler, that was incredibly encouraging for him as an aspiring writer!
